  • Accountable for business-to-business, intangible, relationship sales which were complex and long term, e.g. service agreement with Houston Independent School District was a $215 million agreement over a 5 year period.
  • Improved standards of performance for revenue growth, quality, and profitability. Closed large sales and retained customers. Increased customer contract retention to 97% with contracts renewed for periods of 5 to 10 years.
